I.POOL AND SPA HEAT(recommended from October to March)
• Optional Amenity: $35/night
• Important: The spa will NOT heat up unless pool or spa heat is purchased.
• Operation Hours: 9 AM - 9 PM
• Temperature Settings:
• Pool heat is set to 85°F (29°C)
• Spa heat is set to 100°F (38°C)
• Pool Cleaning: Scheduled weekly; you might see our pool staff during the day.
• Outdoor Temperature Effect: If the weather is below 60°F (15°C), the pool heat might not reach the desired temperature, and no refunds will be provided.
• Heating Limitation: You can't heat the pool and spa simultaneously. When you switch to spa mode, the heat shifts from the pool to the spa, and vice versa.
• Usage Tip: Let the pool heat reach your desired temperature before turning on the spa.
II. SPA-ONLY HEATING ONLY: (recommended from May to Sept)
• $25/night
III. GRILL
• $50 for the whole stay
• The tank may or may not have propane in it from prior renters, so to ensure you have propane, you should get a tank refill upon your arrival. Under NO circumstances should it be used under a window or inside the house
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE BOOKING
1. A RENTAL AGREEMENT must be signed and a valid driver's license is required for registration at the security gate.
2. SECURITY DEPOSIT of $500 is required 2 days prior to arrival.

4. DAILY TRASH PICK UP
- Trash is picked up everyday between 7 and 8 am.
- Make sure to place trash in the brown bin placed by the entry door.
5. SECURITY
- Championsgate is a gated community with 24 Hour Security
- For property and guest safety, we have external cameras in the premises.
6. TRAILERS, BUSES, SLING SHOTS, CAMPERS, RV are NOT allowed in the community.
7. USPS does NOT DELIVER MAIL. ONLY UPS and FEDEX.
